PASTOR EDWARD LINDSEY

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.. Pastor Edward Lindsey is a spirit-filled and spirit-led preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was born in Hollandale, Mississippi on January 26, 1955. Rev. Lindsey began his ministry as a Sunday School Superintendent. He was called to minister to True Word Missionary Baptist Church in June 1998, and installed as Pastor in January 1999. In November 2004, Rev. Lindsey was asked to pastor Christ Cathedral Missionary Baptist Church, and through a merger of both churches, he was formerly installed on April 30, 2005.

Vision is the ability to see, perceive or discern beyond the present time. The Lord God, has blessed us with such a Pastor in Rev. Lindsey. He is on the battlefield to win souls to Christ. His vision is to plant the seed, and allow God to give the increase – to grow our congregation and become involved in numerous community projects.

A number of things could be said to inform you about Pastor Lindsey. But it is best that you get to know Pastor Lindsey and draw your own conclusion, because in time, you will know as all of us know, that Pastor Lindsey is called of God, led by the Holy Spirit and wants Christ Cathedral to be the best that it can be.
